Tickets through Mobile App–Mobile app users can access their upcoming tickets through the “Account” tab of the app. App users can access their tickets (with their barcodes) through “My Tickets” in the Account tab of the mobile app. PLEASE NOTE: Mobile App users do not have to print hard copy tickets at home. * Before selecting this delivery method, be sure your computer can open a PDF file. A $2/instance (performance) fee will be applied if you need tickets printed at the door. Print the pdf of the ticket at home and present it to the ushers upon arrival to the concert. Two emails will follow the completion of your ticket purchase–the first email is an order confirmation, the second will include a pdf attachment* of the actual ticket(s). When completing your ticket purchase, select the “Print at Home” option. The $7 handling fee is waived for all print-at home tickets.
